• All surfaces are clean and dusted

• All objects are clean and dusted

• Clear spiderwebs on walls, corners and in light fixtures 

• Clean blinds and inside window ledges 

• Tidy decorative objects and pillows

• All floors and stairs have been vacuumed

• All corners have been vacuumed 

• Spot clean spills on carpets and furniture

• All non-carpet areas have been mopped

• Trash taken out and liners replaced

• Laundry (wash and replace used towels and bed linens)*

• Attend to the overall presentation of the rental (make your property look just as advertised in your photos)

Bathroom(s)

• Streak free and spotless mirrors

• Dry and clean bathroom countertops

• Sink is cleaned and dried (including drain) 

• Wipe bathroom cabinet fronts (outside) 

• Clean shower walls, doors and floor

• Scrub toilet interior and exterior

• Fold toilet paper

Kitchen

• Microwave cleaned inside and out

• Clean stove top (burner grates included)

• Clean interior of refrigerator (emptied and wiped down)

• Streak free and clean appliance exteriors

• Clean and dry sink

• Assure dishes are cleaned and put away

• Clean all surfaces

Bedrooms

• Make all beds
