• Apply wood polish to hardwood details if requested (cabinets, banisters, etc.)

• Mop and scrub tile floors (clean grout)

• Wipe and clean all baseboards

• Dust ceiling fan blades

• Spot clean scuffs on walls and doors

• Clean inside of windows, window frames and windowsills

Bathroom(s)

• Vacuum and wipe down vanity cabinet interiors

• Wipe down vanity cabinet exteriors

• Scrub shower/tub area

• Remove (if possible) hard water stains (shower head, faucets, shower door, etc.)

• Scrub toilet interior and exterior

• Clean and dry countertops and sink

• Streak free and spotless mirrors

• Clean backsplash

• Clean and dry countertops and sink

• Vacuum and wipe down cabinet interiors

• Wipe down cabinet exteriors

• Clean inside of oven

• Clean stovetop and cooktop grates

• Clean interior and exterior of refrigerator

• Wipe down and assure appliance fronts are streak free
